Cancellation Charges

If you need to cancel your booking, the following charges apply based on the number of days before your departure date:

  • More than 70 days: Loss of deposit only
  • 42–70 days: 50% of total booking cost
  • 28–41 days: 75% of total booking cost
  • 14–27 days: 90% of total booking cost
  • Less than 14 days: 100% of total booking cost (no refund)

How to Cancel

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by the lead passenger via email or post. Cancellation takes effect from the date we receive your written notice. Phone cancellations must be followed up in writing within 24 hours.

Refund Timeline

Eligible refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation notice. Refunds are returned via the original payment method. Credit/debit card refunds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your holiday, we will offer you an alternative holiday of comparable standard, or a full refund including any applicable compensation as required by our ATOL and ABTA obligations.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. This can cover cancellation costs in circumstances such as illness, injury, jury service, or redundancy. See our travel insurance page for options.
